ANDREW CALDWELL

Andrew brings 18 years of construction and project management experience working on a variety of projects, starting as a Building Inspector in Wellington straight after the introduction of the Building Act. There followed a six year stint in the UK and Ireland, working on projects such as the new Scottish Parliament, master planning for the redevelopment of the Forth Ports surplus land in Edinburgh, Project Managing the refurbishment of the executive floor of the Central Bank of Ireland in Dublin, and numerous attic conversions.

Upon returning to New Zealand, Andrew worked for a Project Management company in Wellington, running projects for Wellington International Airport Limited, PSIS and Fairfax / Dominion Post, before moving to Hawkes Bay in 2008 to work for a small architectural design practise specialising in residential projects.
