Inspired by her mother who graduated in her 50s, and during the accumulation of an interesting and broad range of roles, Di gained her Bachelor of Business Studies as a mature student.

Originally living in Wellington, Di gradually headed north with her partner Michelle and ended up in Kāpiti, where they now live with their pooch, Lincoln. Backing onto the Kāpiti Airport makes for great access to the walking/cycling track where Di can be found dragging Lincoln – unfortunately a serial sniff-a-holic – who hasn’t realised that a love of walking is supposed to be inherent.

Di’s happy place is planning some form of a trip away, with a gig or two on the horizon.
