Originating from Belfast, Maeve graduated from the Glasgow School of Art in 2015. From there she gained a wealth of experience in London, on large commercial developments in challenging urban environments to various rural education projects, harnessing the natural context of northern England.

Through travel, Maeve has harnessed a curiosity in understanding contextual design, processes & materials in architecture. She joined HDT in 2019 to broaden her experience and learn from the Aotearoa practices of timber construction, sustainable design and disaster prevention.
